We first used this water bottle for our two Great Pyrenees on a quick 2 hour trip. I was very happy with the amount of water the bottle will hold for two thirsty dogs. They drank it easily out of the dispenser and it didn't slop all over the place. Pretty color and well made. So happy with this purchase!After seeing the negative reviews here, I decided to chime in. My dog uses this bottle every day. Whether we are at the beach or hiking, it's perfect for keeping your pet hydrated. This is NOT a bottle that will fit in your car's coffee cup holder. It's larger because it features a sizeable drinking cup. This bottle is something you would put in a backpack or simply carry along with you. It's perfect for hiking, kayaking, beach walks, or dog park play.I like this insulated water bottle. It’s a good size for my 55lb dog. It keeps the water cold, my dog has no trouble using the plastic bowl, and I can pour the leftover water back into the bottle. I also like the rubber grip on the bottle. I haven’t used the clip to hang the bottle yet but it seems sturdy.A few improvements would be beneficial but they’re not show stoppers for me. The lid extends so far down the bottle that it’s a bit awkward to grip the bottle to screw/unscrew it. Also, the lid is not insulated so condensation forms on the top of the lid (where it covers the opening of the bottle) when you have ice water inside. That’s about it.My rescue dog loves to quench his big thirst after a romp ar the dog park (no water there).Very nice dog water bottle/bowl. Have a 5 mos. puppy and she is not sure about the lid/cup. But we're working on it. Handy size and strudy.I liked that it keeps water cold. Too big to put in car cup-holderIt is difficult to find a decent thermos for your dog!! I’ve tried a few and am still looking for the ‘right one’!The good:1. it is actually INSULATED! THANKFULLY!2. It has a wide mouth — great for adding larger ice cubes like the ones from my ice maker. It also allows small to medium dogs (& talented larger dogs) to drink directly from the thermos, if needed. (More on that later.)3. It comes with a carabiner clip enabling you to secure it, if needed.4. It accommodates a reasonable amount of water (22 oz) — a slightly larger volume is better for larger breeds.1. The removable drinking lid is AWKWARD for our pup to drink from and awkward to USE!2. DOES leak (see #3)3. Lid is awkward to attach- does not easily thread on properly4. It will not fit in most cup holders5. A bit heavier than some (but it is double insulated)6. Only holds 22 oz of which some is lost to spillage while fumbling to remove or secure the lidI’m still looking for the right thermos for my pup!Easy to use and I would it's more leak resistant than leak proof but very handy for car rides or hikes.The lid provides the perfect dish for her to drink from.While I love the idea of keeping some water for my pup in an insulated stainless steel bottle, the lid (they call it a sleeve) is impractical. It is too long so screwing it on and off is difficult as you have very little space on the bottle left to hold on to. The sleeve is also too long for my small dog, cutting into his throat. If the sleeve was at least one inch shorter, it would be perfect, but unfortunately, I cannot use it as it is.For some reason, I cannot return it, it shows that this product is not eligible for returns, so buyers be aware.Really disappointed with this, leaks non stop and is pretty awkward to open and close. That said, it feels to be good quality materials so maybe just a design change is needed. Either way, it's going in the trash unfortunately as it can't be returned!It’s actually double layered! Keeps water cool for at least an hour in 30 celsius heat. Our walks don’t go for longer so can’t comment on that. When sitting on the counter the water stays cool forever. Holds a decent amount, but make sure to pour the water back in if you have a larger dog!I am very disappointed in this item as it both leaks and is awkward to use. I would have returned it but by the time I used it and returned from a holiday where it would have been needed, the date for return had passed.J’ai utilisé cette bouteille pour donner de l’eau à mon Golden lors d’un jogging et lorsqu’il a fait tomber la bouteille le couvercle s’est brisé … en plus le vendeur ne permet pas le retour ou un remboursement…Je ne le recommande pas.
