Until it stopped working, this pump worked as promised. The flow is rather slow, but it's similar to competing models. I outfitted it to pump water from a 7-gallon watering jug for overlanding and camping. Battery life was good. But after several days of use, the on/off button got temperamental; sometimes I'd have to push it 2 or 3 times to turn it on, likewise to turn it off. Then it'd work normallyh for a while. It's possible the switch dust got into it -- the button doesn't appear to be sealed. Then one day it just started running without being touched and I couldn't shut it off. Luckily the jug was outside and not in my Jeep. It ran for about 30 seconds and then shut off on its own. Then after a while, it did same again. This thing might work great for indoor use, and/or perhaps I just got a defective model, but I can't recommend it.I love it!It works but just ok. When fully charged it last for a week but when you press the button to get the water it shuts off by itself even if the glass isn’t full and I have to press it again. It takes 3 press to full a 8 ounce glass of water that’s why I only gave it 3 starsI absolutely love this gadget! It has a nice steady stream of water, and I’ve been using it on the weekends to wash dishes, wash our hands and fill the coffee pot and tea kettle. I’ve used over 10 gallons of water and am still on its first charge. I love this thing!I got two of these and I am thoroughly impressed! I keep one in my upstairs laundry room to keep me from running up and down the stairs to my water cooler. I used the other one when me and a group of friends stayed in a cabin in Tennessee. It came in handy because we all survived off of 1 5 gallon cooler without the need to lug packs of water bottles which contributes to tons of trash waste. The usb battery port makes charging quite simple for campers or soccer moms and pops as well as other sports outings. I will order additional ones to keep for emergencies and when I go to the beach. The one caveat is you have to work the tube a bit in the water cooler bottle but once you have it, it make a good seal and the pump sits sturdy on top of the bottle.This thing just works. I have those big 3 gallon water bottles from Walmart (works with 5 and 10 gallon also) and I have this next to my Krueig. I pop up the spout, take off the water bin lid for the Krueig, and it fills it up easy. Its a timed amount of water - if you want more, press the button again. Haven't run through the first battery charge yet.Small compact cylinder size is ideal. (About the diameter of a soda can but shorter in height than that.) We like that there is no long spout sticking out to make stowage harder and there is no worry of bending or breakage. The spout does deliver the water on an angle away from the device, so no trouble aiming it into a bowl used as a sink, and no trouble filling water bottles, etc. It was easy to push the lower hidden stem of the device (a projection about 5/8” in diameter, where the clear hose attaches) into the cap of a smaller gallon jug that I use. We just drilled a hole in our jug’s cap. (We put a spare cap onto our jug when traveling and save the drilled cap for in-use periods.) This allows using smaller containers than the big blue office water cooler jugs that would be awkward to take car-camping.
